The third term for the U.S. President

There are numerous conspiracy theories associated with the U.S. President. One believable one is that as the Presidents polls continue to dip, the closer this gets to the next election there will be an attempt to call a National Emergency and deny the U.S. electorate the right to vote. One conspiracy theory says that there will be a huge fire in a very important Washington building which will be defined as an external terrorist event.
